This is the first romantic novel that I buy for myself. I decided to read this book after Twilight movie impressed me last week. This book is almost the same story with the story in the movie; it is about the love story between an ordinary girl named Isabella Swan with a gorgeous Vampire named Edward Cullen.

This story begins with Bella moved to Forks to live with his father and eventually met with a mysterious and dazzling classmate but horrific at the same time. Edward was initially avoiding Bella because he was aware that for the first time he really wanted to drink human blood when he was close to Bella in biology class.

The situation is getting more difficult when Edward saved Bella from Taylor’s car that almost hit her. This makes Bella’s curiosity about Edward become ever larger, she began to seek out and finally get some clue from Jacob’s story about the Quillete legend about the werewolf and their eternal enemy The Vampire.
To prove her assumption, she finally said to Edward that she know Edward was a vampire. Then Edward admits about himself to Bella. Edward has the ability to listen to people’s mind except Bella’s, and he asked what is actually in her mind, does Bella afraid of him after knowing that Edward is a Vampire? But Bella’s feeling of love’s defeat her fear to Edward, and she said that she believes Edward won’t hurt her.

The special relationship between Bella and Edward is finally growing up  and become exposed to their friends  in schools, Edward’s families, even billy, good friend of Charlie, Bella’s father who knows the truth about the Quillete legend. Bella then welcoming in Edward’s family, although there Rosalie, Edward’s sister seem like didn’t like Bella ties with their families because it could endanger their identity.

Their relation become increasingly sweet, but all of the terrified situation started when the other Vampire clan’s hunting near Forks and find the fact that Bella is a human when she participate in Cullen’s family baseball games. James is a hunter Vampire then obsessed with bella, all the Cullen family try to protect bella and it’s ended with james’s death. James had bite bella before he died, but eventually Edward succeed to take out the Vampire venom in bella’s blood and avoid bella for becoming a Vampire such as himself.

In Prom party Bella asked Edward why he not let her become a Vampire, and Edward said that he did not want Bella becomes a monster like him. Bella said that she wants to live forever with Edward and she was ready for being a Vampire. Edward then takes a position as would bite Bella, but he did not bite her.

Reading this book makes the readers feel so much loved, by placing myself as bella, I can feel how big Edward loves bella. He does not want to make bella a Vampire because he does not want his beloved person become a monster. He loves bella so much so he tends to behave carefully and does not allow himself to lose control of  bella, since bella is like a special brand of heroin that made for him. His love to bella defeat his thirst of bella’s blood, and it’s so amazing to me.

Most of girls are dream about someone like Edward who love her, protect and place the safety and happiness of his beloved person as a main priority .I love this story so much, I’m in love with Edward character and I feel in love after I read this book.
